EDCD is one of the fastest growing independent economic development consulting firms in Western Canada with offices in the Greater Vancouver region, and in the Okanagan (Kelowna) region.
Partners Dale Wheeldon and Colleen Bond formed EDCD in 2008 with the goal of combining their diverse backgrounds and experience to provide an innovative approach to economic development solutions for their clients. EDCD understands economic development from the grassroots level and engages dedicated project team members with specific areas of expertise to create focused, results-oriented strategies.
